Xu Qiuli

Senior Partner, Beijing Jingshi Law Firm. A focused practice in marriage, family and complex property disputes.

Xu Qiuli’s work centres on contentious marriage and family matters, including high-value divorce and property disputes, cross-border cases and claims to recover marital assets transferred to third parties. Her practice combines a close examination of the evidence with attention to the human relationships behind a dispute.

Where real estate, company equity, business interests and significant financial transfers are intertwined, she focuses on establishing the relevant ownership relationships, building the evidence chain and developing a coordinated litigation strategy. The aim is to help clients make informed decisions at each critical stage.

Beyond the courtroom

Public legal education is a continuing part of her work: school and community sessions, women’s and children’s rights education, rural radio programmes, lawyer training and volunteer projects. Her psychology studies inform an interest in communication and the emotional context of family disputes; this website does not present them as a clinical qualification.
